Protect your rims? I have heard of using car wax but dont know. Have any of you used it? Or should I just leave them alone and keep em clean?

 

car wax works just fine for me... it tends to keep them a little cleaner, as less dirt stick to 'em... but good 'old water and elbow grease I've found keep them the cleanest... as I'm sure you know though... with a black car you find yourself washing the car everyother day anyways.....

 

Yeah, no joke, I hear that. But yea, wax usually works pretty well, cleaning the 97 rims sucks because the alloy is all grainy. The newer 16s are all smooth.
