Turbo arrived....but probs

Turbo arrived....but probs

dammmmmm
problem after problem. A weld on my old turbo they didnt transfer to my new turbo, they said they wer egonna also. So i found a shop to do it but they are charging me $75 to do it and said "if im lucky itll be done tomorrow" so if im not, cant get it running till earliest Monday. If im lucky then sunday. seeing how this whole project has gone i wont be lucky and the Max wont be running until Monday or later. Later

Yes, just like how you would "slap" on a new tranny.

like the way Jeff is slapping in the 3.5VQ in the 3rd gen AND BEATING ALL INFERIOR 5TH GEN GUYS TO IT.

all this talk of slapping things on.. i think i am retarded when it comes to mechanical stuff, it always takes me a long time to istall something that should be "slapped" on..

anyways, good luck matthel, i cant wait for adam to work out the kinks on his turbo setup so i can have mine when i go home xmas time, take lots of pics if you can.

thanks for all the support guys...im surprised all you guys know my real name. But id bet a drink you cant pronunce it correct! (no cheating)
anyways, uhhhhh....i got the piece welded on today but i didnt have time to pick it up and found out they arent open on the weekend so i guess Monday will be the earliest itll be running.

oh and i did take some pics so ill post those up sometime...

I don't have the time to mess with all the tuning on my turbo anymore and am thinking about taking it off and selling it. Any takers? Its actually on my car and I boost 5.5 psi, but I have so much tuning to do that its kinda a pain in the rear to drive it.
