ok so i got another ticket, no surprise there but the on the summons that i got it has my DOB 7/26/80 ... which it is not so does this mean that it is a technicality that i can get off on , or am i goin to have to make a phone call... but i did plead not guilty ....

 

I doubt you can get off for that... if they got the wrong car etc maybe. But it's got your drivers licence etc etc and you can be identified so I doubt you will get off on that part.

They always spell my name wrong when they write me a ticket. I asked my lawyer that I have (ticket for racing on the highway) and he said that didnt make a difference. If you want to fight it, I definatly suggest getting a lawyer, there is so much stuff to do that you just dont know about.

I'm in more trouble them you are.
I'm on this road going to school, and this road is a two way road only.
I was already doing a 100 in my car to make up for lagged time so i decide to pass these three cars, and my speed got up to 150.
Well coming in the opposite direction was a cop.
So i figures he won't catch me by the time he turns around and comes after me.
So i'm going at like 80 and i get pulled over by this other cop waiting for me like 5 miles ahead.
Well i got clocked going 150 in a 55.
To make things worse they give me a ticket for no front liscence plate, and rear clear corners, becuase they said they were for show purposes.
I didn't get my liscence suspended, but i have to get a lawyer.
I will let you guys know how it turn out.

 

You are lucking that in texas, you can't get arrested for doing speeding.

Let me say this again, SLOW DOWN PLEASE, your life is not worth being late 10 minutes. Last night some dood was in front of my doing 85 ish... had a blow out... was ALL OVER the freeway, this person WAS VERY LUCKY that he didn't spin into on coming traffic. But I think they got hit from behind because 3 miles up the road(closest town) cops were getting on the freeway going towards them. I missed them b/c I started to slow down when I saw smoke. But 150 in a 55? You will probably get your license suspended by the judge unless your lawyer can make a deal.

150... because your car CANT DO 150. period. You can easily get off on 'calibration' error. yeah, you'll need a lawyer for that, but they should instantly note that its basically impossible.
