2 buddies planned on getting Altima 3.5
Both of them were willing to pay top dollar, but both said the car is really chintzy inside. That's a shame. One guy got a 325i instead, which he said was only 4 grand more when all is said and done. Yep, it's the diff of almost 60 hp less, but he said the 325 is way better fit/finish, and it even drives better.
Another guy in the office got a 6-spd SE, and it didn't seem too impressive, though I did not drive! What is odd about Nissan is the cars are so narrow, though they are low. Anyone know why they keep the cars so narrow? I can understand that my 4th gen is dated today, but the 2000-2002 should be modern, not dated. I really hope that guy on tv who did the 5th gen and Altima does not design the 2003, he's a mor**!!
