New clutch noise

I just recently had an ACT street clutch installed in my 97SE by a guy at my local Nissan dealership who has worked on my family's cars for years. I have been shifting conservatively as directed, but everytime I engage, I feel/hear a low grinding noise. Its actually the exact noise I would expect a clutch to make (knowing the composition of the flywheel and friction disc). I just wanted to make sure this is normal (during the wear-in phase), or if this is something I should worry about.

There isn't really any chatter, and the clutch is engaging MUCH better than the previous one (with 75k on it). The noise is my only concern...
