now is your chance to speak out! a buddy of mine is going to a focus group on how to improve carparts service, reputation, etc.. (LOL)

<a href="mailto:beaZTT@excite.com">his email</a>.

if you've ever had some order that took way to long, or a wrong part was sent, or a used part was sent, or if you never received a package, or the sales person was of no help, shoot him an email and have info like order #, date, etc this way he can relay the message and let them know how bad their service is. later

I think Cheston should definitely get in on this. Do you think your friend would be willing to sing "Ode to Carparts.com"?

Hmm...I've heard a lot of people having problems too. But not me. I ordered a car bra for my maxima from them for $50. Great deal, shipped a week later, no regrets.

Ordered shocks for my truck. Total cost was $90 for all (4). Locally they were selling for $37 each. I saved $70 including tax. They arrived within a week.

I got a complaint! Their service was great, so was their update emails and the time it took to get here.. Only problem i have is i ordered some piaa bulbs and the package they are in is only like 4"x2"x3" so they stick it in a box that is like a cubic foot with absolutley zero packaging in the box.... so the bulbs had like a cubic foot to shake and jostle around in during shipping. I wouldnt care if it was somthing else but these are delicate glass bulbs.... I would have been pissed if they were broken but they werent... so my only complaint is "Use some damn styrafoam peanuts!"

for my colored light bulbs. it's been over a week.
Had a problem with them shipping the bulbs UPS. the shipping was more than half of the total purchase price.
