I use to own a 91 Prelude and it was pretty quick. I'm pretty sure you wont beat that prelude.

A stock auto 92 prelude can run under 15 seconds? Wow that's pretty quick, I didn't think they were that fast

Both of those cars are prone to heavy modding .. If they've done his homework and spent afew grand on the car, he'll beat you. If not, you'll win easy.

they quit making rabbits in 84 and you gotta watch out they can get pretty crazy if you dont know exactly whats under the hood I had a cabriolet with a turbo pushing 8 pounds of bost and a 150 shot of NOS and it would walk my 99 maxima bad. with just the turbo it beat my max in the 1/4 mile by 1/2 a second and that was with a bad piston ring.

Not really. The 3-gen VE powered maximas have done right around 15.0 near stock and have run mid 14's w/ just the basic bolt ons. The VG powered 3-gens have a much harder time.

anywho...
i used to own a 91 SI and they run anywhere from 16.0 to 17's depending on mods and tranny's so a stock VG 5sped would have a close battle against one...
