AEM fuel pressure regulator

Does anyone know if these will work on the Maxima, or if not, why not? It seems like it would, just checking if anyone has any experience with them. Thanks in advance.

I didnt think the Honda and Nissan fuel rail FPR attachment points were the same. If you get a universal it can be use inline after the factory FPR, but you will never get the fuel pressure at the fuel rails lower than the stock FPR is feeding to the Adj. FPR. To do that you need to eliminate the factory FPR. I did this by getting a special fitting from JUN, they call it the "regulator off fitting". It goes from the rail to a 5/16 nipple.

I may need 1 of those too.

So is it a good idea if we bypass the OEM fuel pressure regulator?

yup.. we're weary of online sales because about half the orders placed are done using fruadulant or unverifiable C/Cs. until we get a better system, we're not promoting our website.
