Got a question for ya

Hey Everyone

Got a question for you all. I threw a code that shows a misfire in cyclinder 4.

What would I need to do in this case? Mechanic says I need to do a whole tuneup when I did one about 25K ago. Is it stupid to only change one spark plug rather than all of them again?

How do I know which cylinder #4 is when looking under the hood?

Any ideas or help of what this may be or what I really need to do would be great.

PM or email would be great too

I would swap the coil and plug from #4 to another cylinder and see if the missfire follows the coil or plug. Swap the coil first, it's easy to do. If the missfire follows the coil you need a new coil, if it stays with #4 start swapping other parts.
