How can I clean my floor mats good?
Can I stick it in the washing machine?>

Soak them with Simple Green or carpet shampoo, then scrub them with a stiff brush. Use a pressure washer to spray the soap out, and then use a squeegee to remove any excess water. Dry them out of the car so that you don't get a mildew smell.

Yep, thats what I did and it worked well for me. The one thing I would change is use a wet/dry vacuem to remove excess water when finished this allows them to dry faster and also lets you see if you've missed any spots that need a little more elbow grease.

tuff stuff
the foam kind not the spray

i just bought clear mats from walmart to cover mine so i don't have to clean them as often

thow it inthe dryer

at a local laundromat and throw some snuggle softner sheets in there, and not only will itbe super clean, but it will be smelling nice and fresh untl the next time.

Also, before you put the mats back in the car, treat them with some Scotch Guard - I did 3 treatments, and they resist staining and are MUCH easier to keep clean (just vacuum and hose off)

Be sure to let the Scotch Guarded mats dry completely OUTSIDE of the car.
