Replacing door stops in rear doors, need help

I'm replacing the stops and I need to know how to remove the door panel, I have never removed it.. Does it snap in or does it have screws? Has anyone replaced their door stops? Mine seem to be worn out and the dealer wants about $50 labor or so.. Appreciate any help, thanks, Mark
