Governed 4th GEN????

some 4th gens are limited, some are not...you can determine if yours is by reading the sticky. its somewhere in there.
i'll go out on a limb and say it just doesnt have enough to go any faster the way your car is set-up right now (stock)...

They did not want the car to exceed the speed rating of the tires that it was given. Limiters were around 118mph IIRC for the 4th gens that had them, so unless you're auto and have a bad knock sensor your car is electronically limited.
I have been to 140 multiple times with a stock 5 speed, and it is pretty easy to cruise at 120 or so, the car still has plenty left in it.

Lmao, i been at 140 on my stock maxima... where not talking about 4cyl stock hondas...its a v6 pulling almost 200hp on a car that isn't that heavy. It can go past 120 easily because i do it about once a week while on the highway.

Oh yeah, BTW, I’m not your ‘brother’.

Get the ECU for an non-speed limited SE. That is what I had to do with a 1990 Accord LX I used to have. Header, CAI, exhaust and pulleys and it would pull right up to the 115 mph limiter and even with the engine bucking against the limiter, it would hit 118. Got an ECU from someone in Canada off an Accord EX and swapped it in and was able to pull 128-130.

4AT + dead KS still = 130+ for me, (non GPS verified)

I believe the GXE models are limited. The Se and GLE can go to 140 though even if it is auto.(Don't quote me, but I think i read that in the sticky.)
However, people who want to "top out" on the highways need a limiter at 75 mph IMO.

It is clearly stated in the stickies.....SE's are the only 4th gen that are not speed limited. The GXE/GLE are both limited at 115 mph, regardless of what the speedometer says. Either cut the wire and get a code, or buy an ECU.

That isn't true. GLEs don't have limiters. Spoon feed yourself.
