I seem to be having some low Rpm rattle from the engine bay. Was wondering what this could be? I filled up the coolant and thought that that was it but it isnt. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

If it's what everyone else has said, it could be the heat shield covering the exhaust manifolds. Check that one out.
