I'm on my 3rd Nissan, the first was a 1990 Stanza..a remarkably fun car really. I currently have a 3rd Gen MAxima. Bought back around 2001 or 2002. It's a fun car, I started modding it some and then a turbo 96 i30t came up on the market. It was a good deal so I went ahead and bought that and opted to keep the 3rd gen as well.

Well in my family and my dads side we had the following at the same time:
Grandpa: 91 Maxima Brougham(owned since new, charcoal), 03 Maxima SE TE
Uncle: 01 Maxima AE SE(sterling mist), 02 Maxima SE(grey lustre)
Dad: 02 Maxima SE(sterling mist),
Mom: 98 Maxima SE (Black)
Me: 98 Maxima SE (Sterling mist)
Right now, because of my grandpas passing, the 03 SE TE is no longer in the family, my aunt owns the 91 Brougham, my uncle sold his 01 and bought a camaro SS, and my mom sold the 98 and got a mazda 3 she wanted something smaller. So all we have left is my 98 SE, my dads 02 SE, my uncles 02 SE and my grandpas old 91

I have 2 3rd gens, '91 SE 5spd (VG) and '94 SE 5spd (VE). I got the VE for $500 and its my track **** and i dont really like driving it daily after I installed the race clutch. VG was inherited from my dad who bought it new in '91 and is for daily driving.
My mom has a 5.5 gen '02 GLE and my dad recently got an '07 Murano.
I would say we are a nissan family, but thats just me...

I picked up my '99 first (in 2004), and then had a short lived '92 GXE beater in 2006 that I picked up for free with a dying tranny.
And when I hit the deer last month in my '99 I had an '08 Maxima SE for a rental for a week while the '99 sat in the driveway all smashed up.

I have had 2 maximas my first one was a 95 auto then i got a 96 5speed witch was my favorite cuz ive always wanted a 5speed maxima. had it for a year but then i got into an accident and lost it. it was lightly moded.

I had an 88 and my 95 at the same time at one point. Then I sold the 88 a year later. Now my soon to be wife is going to be needing a newer car. Since she likes mine so much, Im looking at 4th gens for her as well. So sometime within a year she will have one and that will make two, again.

we have a 87 with 155,000 miles on it that my dad bought in 94, its been off insurance for awhile but i still start it up every now and then. It'll be back on the road soon ...hopefully..my dad also had a 85max prior to the 87..we also have my 98 5spd thats my daily driver and an 01se thats driven by everyone in the house...my cousin has an 03 6spd and other cousin has a 04 auto

i had the 3rd gen, loved it but had to let her go to cop a 4th gen. I like the 5th but i dont think i like it that much to sell my 4th to get it. so if i do get it i would probably would have to have both. and that kinda doesnt make sense being that its a four door and has a back seat. i mean i can understand ppl with Z32 or 33 needing more car so they get two, or getting a 2+2 cuz the other one is a TT. so I wanna know who has more than one max and how did that come about.

My husband had a 96 maxima until someone reared ended him.. it was his pride and joy till he got the 03 black maxima; now thats his new toy. I got the 07 since my dad and my husband peer pressured me too, which I'm glad they did! :-) The 07 is my husband's new project car.

*1st,white maxima,92gxe a\t,front bumper clipped by a stolen car chase (dodge caravan almost t-boned me)they got away i guess....from the law-anyway. then it had black frontend panels for a while then i pieced together a white frontend and it was clean enough without painting,- then the 1\4 panel(drivers side)was hit while parked in front of friends house (they were righteous and left a note so the body shop gave me a nice check)so i pounded out the dent and traded for a truck 93 nissan pickup vg-5sp rwd longbed
*2nd, before i traded the dented car for the truck i was blessed with a
91 max se SOHC vg-5sp(dark gray)which soon after was stolen and stripped
so the doors,fenders,hood,frnt.bumper,grille,trunk,trunk carpet,mats,
were replaced from a rear ended ,lite blue 90 se some other crap was stolen including stuff only a cluck would want..guess they got away...from the law at least
*3rd , i did the trade for the truck (my dented white 92 for this 93 nissan

there was a time where I had my black 97, a white 96, a silver 98 I30t, and my roomate had a white 95 SE.... it looked wild thats for sure!!
I still have the 97 and the I30, but the white 96 got stolen, and my old roomates car ended up going to my buddy so its still around.
I just like Maximas... thats all I guess Nissans really
