Autometer oil pressure and water temp gauges

Does it come with all the adapter fittings to work on 4th gen? If not, what are the exact name/size of fittings I need. I believe OEM oil pressure gauge is threaded. What about the coolant/water temp sensor? It looks like pressure fitted.

Hey Tony, do you have mechanical or electrical? I have electrical so they might be different from the mecahanical ones. Yes it comes with all the stuff you need. You may have to go to home depot and look for some adapters but that is all.

The oil Pressure sending unit with the gauge is threaded, It goes exactly where the oem one goes. You might have to sand down the sending unit, because the damn thing is huge. Also another problem I ran into was that the sending units threads will are not the same as the oem. I had to rethread the sending unit to make it fit. I am not sure of the what size fitting you need because of me rethreading the SU.

On the water temp sensor, I did not even use the one they gave me, I just spliced the factory coolant sensor wire and just went from there, that way my dumby guage works as well. I am not to sure if it is pressure fitted or not, I would have to go take a look at the sensor to find out.

hope this helps.
