Yeah most people don't know that the Skyline (previous gen) in Japan was marketed much like BMW's 3-series. It had a sedan version like the 330i, and a souped up coupe version like the M3.

The new XVL Skyline should hit the shores in the US domestic market soon as an Infiniti, and I've seen two door renditions of the car, which looks pretty good. It is expected to have a 3.5L V6 with 280hp.
