3rd gens are definitely not for the hood. Trailer park maybe, hood no. Definitely 6th gen.

Now the hood will sell their Cadillacs and buy Maximas. All the 6th gens with 20+ inch rims will now fit in

the 1987 maxima was hood...seems like 4th gen maxima are owned buy alot of west indians...including me..

haha I think from 3rd gens to now they've always been kinda hood premium step below the Infinitis, Lexus, Benzos and two steps below the bentleys etc...
theres a number of rappers who rap about maximas, its just a popular premium japanese car that looks great in dark tints.
6th gens have been reaaally popular with the dub style guys out here in CA
