Cattman y-pipe on 2k2?

are there any 2k2 owners who have an cattman y-pipe on their car already? first of all i just want to make sure it fits. and second i wanted to know if the 2k2s are fed spec or cali spec? or would it depend? im thinking about getting in on the custommaxima group deal before it ends, however i do not have the car yet so i cant be sure of which type i'd need. any help is apprecitated. thanks

I'm not sure if it fits but I'm pretty sure a 2K2 is going to be Cali spec. I believe all 2K1 and up are Cali spec. Anyone back me up on this?

Removing the stock y-pipe voids the warranty right? If it does, is this something you want to do to a brand new car, that might need kinks worked out over time? Curious

they have to prove that the mod caused the problem they are trying to fix. such as, is you have a y-pipe and you have brake problems then they can't say anything, it's against consumer protection law. but if you have an O2 sensor go bad and you have a y-pipe then they can refuse to fix it. if you gonna mod your car with exhaust and intake, keep the stock parts and change them if you need service. another example, you have a cone filter and your MAF goes bad, change that before you go.

You got it all wrong, we the "consumer" have to prove the mod did not cause the problem. The dealer will just say no..

YJ has already put a y-pipe on his 2k2 (I think), ask him.
