4th/5th generation rotor compatibility

I was wondering if the front rotors from a 2000 SE will work on my 95 SE. It seems the part numbers for the rears are the same, but the fronts are different. Anyone swap out the fronts successfully? Thanks

Fronts are different sizes, they will not interchange.

How about changing both the caliper and rotor? Will it bolt on or do you need to swap the hubs too?
