Total Drop dependent on Strut/shocks?

Put in H&R/KONI this past summer. Have since seen two H&R/Tokico setups in my area that seem to have a drop that is maybe 1/2" lower than mine all-around. Is this right?

Initially, I said that maybe the springs would settle but it has been 4 months now... Can't complain about the ride though. It's just how I like it with front/back on the softest setting.

Good pt. I didn't stop to see but that could very well be it. I have stock rims and tire size. Both these guys had aftermarket... My drop doesn't look dropped to the avg joe but side by side with stock, you can easily tell. But at the same time, the second I saw these other two dropped cars, I knew instantly that they were lower--mainly because the rears had that tucked look...

Thanks for the input.
