got hit in my school parking lot... again

This is the second time this has happend in the past month, i come out after class to find scrapes in my max. The first time i was able to buff it out and it's not notice able any more but now i have scratched paint and my tail light is scratched.
Is there any way to find who did this? i reported the 1st one and no one did anything and i'll prob report this one too but no one seams to care, the whole school is to busy busting kids with weed to care about anything else. it's rediculious

here are pics

Damn people can't drive for **** in your school. Luckily I'm able to parallel park and no one really does. The only way you'll find out who did it is to check everyones car for green paint. Maybe that'll buff out.

there is no where to parallel park at our school and in person the paint kinda looks red so idk. it was obviously a truck because it's so high, the scuff should buff out no problem but the cracked paint wont

It's not that high up, but when you buff it you should be able to tell what color paint is in there. If it is red you better start inspecting all red vehicles.

it's not THAT high but i did check it with my friends frontier and it's right about where his bumper would land, hopefully it was on camera, but conveniently the security cameras can only see about 1/3 of the parking lot...

Brutal dude. I know how bad it sucks when someone messes up your ride. That's why I always park on the end spots as far over as I can get, that way morons will have a harder time opening their doors into my car.

Unfortunately there's not a damn thing you can do unless you have it on video. otherwise it's your word against theirs about a scuff on your paint.

Sucks tho.. sorry man. That's life on a college campus. been there, done that. 7 years of it actually. every corner on my car is beat up and I have some MONSTER door dings..

Nice shirt....

I've had it happen on 3 of my 5 cars i've owned. People don't respect others property, unless its there own.

Your out of luck on this one.

Its a high school (I figured you are in high school), theres many new drivers. Best thing I can say is just park away from everybody, park at the end of the parking lot. If your a senior, then ge there before everbody else, and park in the best spot you can, most seniors know how to drive and park, so your good.

What I normally do if a friends car gets damged, is try to figure out who did it, but nothing really to do, except talk to the school, because they have a crazy security system.

Yeah thats what I do if all the parallel parkings are taken. I'm not taking the chance of my car getting hit.

I really do not recommend double parking; chances are, they say something, you retort, you do it again, they tow.

don't park on campus. hitch a ride with someone. or park as far away from the door as possible. nobody wants to park there, so there are usually open spots.

---update---

talked to administration, then checked the tapes and there was a palm tree covering my car... how continent, also an administrator went out and looked around to check cars fir scuffs on their front bumpers but came up with nothing, so I'm out of luck.

but today i did get rid of all the paint scrapes with some rubbing compound and it doesn't look that bad, now it's just the cracks and the tail light, and small dent, i might just let it go as is

You have palm trees at your school!?

But sorry to hear about that, hope it never happens to you again.

My car got keyed twice so far, once was a straight line all across the car, the next time was two backward Vs which I found out now after looking at it closely that it was two Acura symbols, haha I guess I upset some of the integra people, and my car is almost bone stock and its just a little fancy because of it being GLE and me putting on some extra chrome. I don't want to imagine whats going to happen after I put on the Ionic body kit. And today I just found out that there are several 4th gen car "groupies" at my school who excessively show off their cars, and I guess I got lumped in... haha!!!

LUCKY! The closest thing we have to our school is a McDonalds and Starbucks....... and I never really noticed it before, but I realized that Honda owners are almost all obnoxious and are show offs! But that doesn't mean that if someone gave me a Honda I wouldn't take it

This happened to me before. I couldn't find who did it until a week later. I saw my red paint on their car and I confronted him about it. He is like whatever and just ran away.

Oh boy did I give his car a mess. Lets just say it cost him $$$$ to fix his car. I drove my old crap car to school from then on so I dont care if he has revenge urges.

Haha nice move, driving your junky car so that you won't care if you get keyed or anything. Funny thing was that when I had a piece of junk 1990 volvo no one did anything to it, not even a accidental scratch from someone's backpack key chains...

But those kids who driver Mercedes and Lexus's never get any abuse, along with this one blond girl at my school who has a Hummer who just happens to cut everyone off, and not caring if she hits someone or if someone hits her...... I guess that fact that she has a hummer scares everyone away

This happens a lot unfortunately.

A paintless dent repair tech might be able to get that dent out.

T K, id not park to take 2places, then you are looking for some1 to damage your car just because you did that. id try to park so that you are not with vehs on both sides like near a median as such. maybe that will cut down on your unfortune!! also id be looking for any veh that matches the description of your damage. its hard for me to tell if the paints red or not from your pic but you were there so id think youd know best.
it consider using some compound on that scratch if nothing else i could lessen the look of it.
sorry it happened to you (again)

I had something like this happen to me. I was at work and some one backed into my car. Luckily, it was an older woman, who apparently notified police and left her information. The damage was only a broken bumper light and a little scuff on the bumper. Instead of going through insurance i just had her give me some money for the light and it was all good.

I've never had anything really happen to my car at school, luckily. That sucks.
