I got a summon for a small missing piece of the inspection sticker between the month of November and December. My inspection sticker expires in November. The UPC bar code is clearly visible and there is no marking anywhere else. I thought the information of the vehicle including the vehicle inspection date can extracted by any government agency by the UPC bar code or the numbers below the UPC bar code.

Anyways, I will need to take some pictures to plead not guilty. Does anyone know if pictures can be printed on a regular printing paper or it has to be printed by a photo shop? Thanks.

 

If you got a quality printer, just print it at home.
