MamximaRider, every one can meet up at the next meet!
i love my leather, and the only reason i got it was because you get more than just the leather. you also get Climate control, a power passenger seat, and memory seats. then you can get the meridian edition and get heated seats, mirrors, AND HEATED STEERING WHEEL, i love that one. so all in all the 1300 at invoice price of leather isn't THAT BAD.

smart!

If I'm not mistaken you have cloth seats. I got my 1998 with every option, big mistake because they're worth little when the car is used. Cloth seats, no roof, just plain 6-spd would be the way to go. Probably hard to find since they make mucho mark up on the options.

Sweet man! You did a very nice job, I really appreciate it.

On other news my new max just got me a ticket! This sucks! I got cought doing 64mph in a 35 mph zone . The road is a huge down hall in the middle of no where{no houses nothin}, I have done 120mph down that street before with no problem. Atleast the cop was very nice and polite and he wrote me up for only 5 over which is only $50. Now insurance is a whole nother story, it allready cost's me $3,800 a year! Damn!! Time to drive real slow again I guess.

True that, It's real tuff with the 6 spd, the car is just cralwing at 64 mph{2000 RPM}, I was just chilling and then I hit the big down hill and BAM! It was all over, the irony of this is that there was a crazy guy in a pickup in front of me going even quicker then I was but he got away, SOB! It's been 2 years since I got a ticket too . Back to grama style I guess..

Here's my situation: 21 years old, single, 2 speeding tickets{4 points} and one stop light violation{1 point} in the last three years. The stop light violation comes off my record next March and a speeding ticket goes off next April. So I have 5 point's before today's ticket, today will give me a total of 7 points. Luckily I just got a new insurance contract for 6 months, so by the time I get a new policy 2 tickets will be off the record and one will be added. So in 6 months I will have 4 points on my record which should give me a better insurance price. I would have had real cheap insurance if I did not fock up today!

Damn, Damn Bad Ethan!!!

Sterling mist is the best IMO! So far it has been real easy to keep clean, unlike my dust collecting black max and I30.

21? dayum. i figured you to be a lot older considering the cars you've had and the one you got.

btw, those mesh grilles they have on custom maxima would be real nice on your ride. too bad they dont make it for the 2k2

Lol! , don't give me any ideas! Because when I start mopdding I don't stop! Haha.

I test drove my possible beater car today{94 Jeep GC} and the thing was horrible! It feels like it is going to tip over and it has a HUGE dead spot in the steering wheel. I think I will just use my max in the winter. I can pretty much avoid going out in snow storms if I want becuase of my flexible schedule, so I should be OK.

I noticed the exact same thing in my roommate's old GC, the dead spot is ridiculous. I had no idea when that thing would start merging. I only drove it that once and never asked to use it again, not even for hauling... I just hated driving it. As a side note, the steering is much improved in the newer GCs (new body style). Why not keep the 95 as a beater? At least through this winter...

Hmm, 8 grand or a beater? I think I am going to go with the money . We will see what happens though, for now I am content.
