Weird noise at 80mph.... you have it too?

For the longest time ive had a weird "flapping" type of noise whenever im at a steady 80mph on the highway. Especially on really windy days. Anyone here have a similar noise and a possible solution??
I think its coming from under the drivers side fender or maybe under the hood. I tried the wipers and closed off the vents and nothing worked. I even looked around under my car and saw nothing really loose to cause a flapping sound. Its just been on my nerves lately and i wanna fix it ASAP. I mean i took me a few months but i have 90% of all my lil squeeks and rattles from inside gone, just one more to go!!
I just wanted to see if im not the only one with this problem

thanks,
Anthony

Check the clips around the strut area that hold the inner fender lining firm. Mine had two clips on one side missing when I bought it and made a muted but noticable 'flapping' sound over about 70 mph. Might be as simple a fix for you too.

Or it can be any of the numerous shields on the underbody of the car, directly under the engine.
