Has ne1 cut a coil off the eibocks...

to lower a little more. I know about 15 people here that have the eibocks on mustangs and they always cut one or two coils off to get a little lower stance.

Never cut a coil...it's just bad and your asking for trouble. There not ment to be cut. If you want a lower drop get different springs or coilovers.

yes, unfortunatly I have cattman coilovers. And they keep braking.

Sorry din't relize you where that guy, but if you cut a coil it's gonna be bad to. Also look at what I said about the 3" drop in the other post.

By the way I have the cattman gen 2's.

If you cut a coil get ready to bounce! trust me, I used to own a 200sx ended up cuttin a coil off my drop springs...at least the girls liked it!! well thought it was funny anyway..

Some Mustang springs are made with dead coils to allow cutting, I don't think anyone makes springs for a Maxima that have these.

I have heard of a few peonple on the .org doing this. I was wondering the same b/c I got 17's and a 1.5" drop makes it look stock. I want my car to look somewhat lower
