I think he means wrath, as in anger. A 'wraith' is a kind of ghost I believe. There are some punctuation and grammatical errors also. He's no PHD but he is creative. 
Acutually this sounds somewhat like Samuel L. Jackson's speech in Pulp Fiction. You know, right before he'd blow away some poor, unarmed sucker.
