My car is 70,600 miles right now and am having problems getting an exhaust because the cat is so rusted. Can I claim to a Nissan dealer that it failed emissions and get it replaced? Right now my flex section is crumbled apart, the cat is in terrible condition, thick red rust everywhere and also falling apart.

It's either or, 8 years OR 80k miles, which ever you reach first. Yours ran out 2 years ago.

california has highest rated air polution.

Not cars, trucks. Easy to get under them and cut the cat without a jack

So have it shipped to a member in OR, and then to you. Would the shipping be less than if you bought from dealr or local parts house?
