The most fun you can have in a parking lot

Tonight since it was raining I had the brilliant idea to put McDonald's style trays beneath my rear tires and lock them up. Well needless to say, if you start going straight and then cut the wheel, the butt end of the car will swing around like theres no tomororw. Oh wow I was seriously pullin the G forces. The G forces pulled so hard it stalled out the engine and flooded it. It wouldnt start after a few cranks. But damn I think those were the largst G forces I've ever pulled in that car. It was really fun though! The only problem is the trays wear thru rather quickly, so I guess next time I'll have to acquire more of them. Also if you miss and nail a curb you'll do serious damage to the car.

Hmmm, after I read your subject line, driving the car wasn't the first thing that popped into my mind.....

Try stacking the trays next time but make sure they don't slide off each other. That **** is great fun

If you guys think that's funny...

I'll have to find the link to a drift video I found. It's about 3 minutes long. These guys are behind a warehouse(prolly in Cali or something), hosing down the pavement at the corner of the building. Then they get in their S14 240SX and FC3S RX-7 and use the wet pavement to drift around the corner! It was hilarious. Even my mom thought it was funny.
When I get home, I'll check the history on my browser and try to find the site again.

I dunno about the other stuff...

But the drifting was definitely on purpose.
Now my friends are trying to look for a place where they can do that in our area.

When you drift on dry pavment do you just have to go a lot faster than on water?

No, not necessarily. It's just that you can break traction a lot easier when it's wet. It would be harder to hold the drift as long too. Kinda like how it would probably be a lot harder for you to do what you did on dry pavement.

LOL! I just showed my mom your video, and she asked if the 'Try so hard' part was because you were trying to drift.
