I35 Vehicle Dynamic Control system???

Does anyone have any experience with the I35 Vehicle Dynamic Control system?

Apparently, the system does some of what the Maxima's Traction Control System (TCS) does, plus more. It monitors lateral G forces and applies brakes to individual wheels and/or adjusts engine output to help correct understeer or oversteer.

Curious if it's any good or just gets in the way. Don't like the thought of the brakes being applied without my control, but I am sure it's subtle and not noticed (unless the computer hiccups and locks one of your wheels up).

Might have been a nice option on the 2K2 Maxima...
