School Me On Clutches

i dont have much knowledge on cluthes so i just want to learn a bit more.
i know there sprung and unsprung clutches and different disk, solid,6 puck and 4 puck. what is the difference. and which would be best for street but can hold up for performance also. also, is the fidanza flywheel just the best to get?
thanx for any and all input

There are hundreds if not more combos of clutches out there, and add flywheels and your possibilities skyrocket. Best bet is explain what your looking to DO with your car, a track only vehicle, a drag car, and a DD are going to require three different setups. The higher "puck" you go up in clutches the heavier the pedal tends to be, not something you want in bumper to bumper traffic. As for flywheels lighter flywheels are nice in all for a slightly faster rev but sacrifice torque and momentum. Hope this helps!

Honestly, if it's just a street car, don't go too crazy. I had turbo civic that I put an Exedy stage 1 clutch and it was awesome.
