Not much is going to line up, but good luck...

It's more like "anything is possible...with enough funds."

Guess what measured my friends 02 maxi and everything lines up perfectly except the fenders due to excess not needed trim that can be cut of and molded to fit the car the 02 maxi side-skirt is bolted and what appears to be welded on so that would not be the option
but everything lines up
*front bumper
*hood
*lights
*Fenders (Bolt Wise)
There's Some Knowledge for you ^_^

It has been done by someone in Brooklyn.

Not sure why because there will be some modifying to make it fit and it will not mesh well with the overall body style of the 4th gen vs. how the front end fits aesthetically with the 5th gen.

I Know what you mean I've been second guessing myself because of how it doesn't mesh together that well =/ Im better off doing the 99 i30 conversion but the main reason i wanted to do this is because of the headlights i love how they look and i love the 2000 maxi grill idk what I'm going to do
probably sleep on it

Well I Have Slept On It And Decided That I Won't Do It
Sorry To Bump Such Old Thread So Im Done But For The People That Want To Do The Conversion
4th gen to 5th gen front conversion
What You'll Need
*Hood
*Fenders
*Bumper
*Headlights
*Side Markers
*(optional) Fogs

All The Bolts line up perfectly
I measured myself
you will run into one problem on each fender at the bottom of the fender part of it goes under the door, on 4th gens we don't have much of that so what you'll need to do is cut/saw about aprrox 3 inches off (i would re-measure to make sure)
then after thats done sand that corner and make all soft then
*prime
*touch up paint
Warning
Fender flares won't match up with rear fender flares
Causing a More Heavier Effect in the Front
Questions You Ask Yourselfs

The 5th gen front end should stay on the 5th gen. I personally love my 95/96 front end. With some work, it looks very nice.
