If you got a tint please check it

I just had a tint put on my car and everything is cool except the rear window at night. It is a 20% tint and I find that at night the headlights of other cars are kinda blurry. All the other windows give clear vision. Is this normal due to the rear window defrosters lines going across the back window?

yeah, you are looking through it at an angle and the defrosters will make it un even.

Yeah don't worry about that. That's how my friend's 20%'s were before I got mine and that's how mine is as well. You'll get used to it in a day or two and won't notice it anymore.

I think thats normal. I can also see wierd light effects from the defrosters like if theres a car with headlights on behind you, you can see the glare of the light shining off all the defrosters.

I have 15% (if i remember correctly) on my rear windows and i haven't noticed that blurry effect.

It was blurry during the first two days while it was still drying out but now it's as clear as before (albeit a bit darker)

I did notice that the defroster doesn't work as fast as before though.

I've never noticed that before and I've had tint on every car I've ever owned. I've noticed something like that when looking through a windshield at an angle, but it's way beyond the angle we would normally see it at. If such a thing exists it hasn't hampered my vision in any way.

My window is clear now. But you have to wait 2 weeks before it clears up. You have water between the tint and glass that will take a while to evap. Give it time, it will clear up.

I got a mirror to black tint, and it was a little blurry for the first week or so, but after that it cleared up, and I got used to whatever was left. When you clean your tint from the inside, make sure you don't use anything with ammonia because it will fade your tint. Try some special tint cleaner, or plain water. Just a little tip which everyone already knows.....
