Max is getting a Make-Over

Not gonna let out any details, but notice how the front bumper, grill, rear bumper, and mirrors are not sanded. hmmm... wonder what that means? you can see the trunk either... wonder what that means......

-antenna is shaved
-door trim is shaved
-car is sanded (parts that arent getting replaced anyway... I wonder what they are getting replaced with?)
-Paint is on the table (i dont know if you can see it, i wonder what color it is?)

I wanted it to be a supprise, but i will give you all a little peak.

Car will be done on the 27th. I will post more then.

I'm not sure about shaving the horizontal detail items like trim or pinstripes... It make the vehicle look very tall instead of long. That's why fat people shouldn't wear horizontal stripes.

shadow - I know you have all kinds of things done to your car. But I was wondering does it handle/drive as good as it looks or is it mostly just a show car?

It handles pretty well, I have all the usual suspension upgrades, ground controls, tokicos, sway bar, strut bar, 300ZX brake conversion. The 19"s take away from the handling some obviously, but it's not too bad. As for speed, it's a little slow because all I have right now are an intake and exhaust. But I have a Stillen Y-Pipe, Stillen supercharger w/ upgraded pulley, and a nitrous kit all sitting in my garage waiting to be installed. And right now, I'm having a custom LSD built for the car since none are made for autos, and custom axles built. That should take care of the speed part

The reason for the delay is that the front bumper was cracked when it came, and its replacement did not arrive untill yesterday due to the holiday. The car is now completely ready to be painted, but it will not be completed untill january 2nd. This is due to prior plans, and the fact that i cant have the bay (to paint the car in) untill sunday. I will be sure to post pics as soon as possible.
