22,700 for new SE (auto)
I think it's a reasonable price, unfortunately it's an auto. Not as cheap as the 4th gens were going for but still, about $3400 off list. Not a bad way to step into 255 hp, eh?

Notice there is a stock number, and the ad will run again next week with another stock number. Dealers cannot advertise cars that don't exist, and if brought to bear, they have to show that the car was in fact available and sold. If you really want that price you can get it anywhere from PA, NJ, NY, CT. You cannot get any additional options which is a psychological thing. Most people figure if they're spending 22k on a car, they need to have fake leather and moonroof etc. Before they know it the list is around 29k and the discount has shrunk.
I think if you really like the 2002--it's gonna be cheap in May/June and that 255 hp isn't going anywhere, it'll still be sweet!
