I want to add air conditioning to the back of my car. Just like the q45, Ls400, Ls430 and Chrysler cars have. Basically it will be in the middle of the front seats pointing to the back. Behind the arm rest.

How much do you think this would cost? Has it ever been done to a Maxima?

i know the A33 cefiro in either taiwan or japan has the rear vents as an option..

 

Here's the easiest way I can think of: Buy a center conole for the cefiro (hopefully, it will match up) which has the rear ac option. Replace your current console with it. Then you will have to do some custom work to get the ac ducts to the front of the console.
My taurus has this as a factory option, and I have the service manual for it. If you want diagrams to get an idea, just let me know.
