Interesting challenge... Just remember, if no one meets that challenge in 48 hours, you have 24 hours to do it to your own car

Does this count? I have the lower portion of my front bumper cover taped. Just went outside and snapped a pic of it

I have a suggestion to add, can we nominate 3-4 people to act as judges and "internal thread moderator" so no one person is responsible for holding posters to the rules of the game or having to determine if images earn the point award?
It will be easier to move the game along perhaps if a few people can share in providing direction and responses...maybe they should also voluntarily exclude themselves fromthe game as well?

In post #79, Waxima stated that it's the current challenger's call on if the pic qualifies or not.

I vote that people who aren't oblivious be judges, no offense.

I'll volunteer to be a judge.

T_Behr, nice try lol It totally fits the bill because there's clearly painters tape in the pic, but I'd (and I'm pretty sure that everyone else would also) like to see some creative use of the "new objective", not to just jump in to score a point.

So you are saying that my pic met the requirements of your tape challenge?

I was hoping something a little creative or a nice shot of a Maxima with painters tape, but I wont hold up the flow.

So technically, YES, your pic clearly meets the requirements. Carry on with a creative challenge

Next challenge...

Your Maxima creatively, and as festively as possible, externally (the outside of your car) decorated for Halloween

I think you would be a good fit for it if you'd want to do it. Me, you, Zero if he wants and maybe one more. Just to kind of keep a general order for staying within the rules and also if someone posts up a picture that kind of falls in the gray area and the previous challenger doesn't make the call on it.

I have edited things down to try and focus on the rules. Grand, your question is answered in #5. If no one accomplishes the goal after two days (hopefully of attempts!), then the person who posted the challenge has the opportunity to complete it themself. If they cannot within 24 hours, then the challenger LOSES a point and must themself set the new challenge.

Basically its we take pictures of our cars in funny situation or in dares that we give eachother. The first one to get it right wins a point and then can give the next dare. Everyone can try to do the dare but the first one to get it done wins.

Example: Maxima in front of a McDonalds-You get it done (you must submit picture of YOUR car in it and it HAS to be taken after challenge has been requested). Then YOU say a picture of an old guy holding an Maxima.org sign on a piece of cardboard next to your car.

How to play:

Pick a person, place, or thing to take a picture with that has an Maxima in it. The first person who responds with the picture that satisfies the request gets to pick the next request.

Note: please try to make the requests do-able so that the game can continue.

RULES - PLEASE READ
1) No photochop or photoshop real photos only

2) Please only post pictures of YOUR Maxima this way you will actually have to go out and take a picture.

3)No duplicates - let's be creative.

4) If you are the poster who meets the picture challenge, please put your next request in a BOLD font so it's easy to find. For the sake of continuity, a challenge will not be considered completed unless a picture is posted for that challenge AND a new challenge is posted underneath it. In other words, if you just post a picture and no new challenge, it doesn't count and the challenge you posted the picture for is still open to be fulfilled by someone else.

5) IF the challenge isn't met within 2 days the person who put the challenge up then has 24 hours to complete the challenge themselves. If they cannot complete their own challenge, they are docked one point and then pick a new challenge.

6)No challenge is to be made that involves any of the following:

* illegal activities (this includes, but is not limited to: guns, drugs, street racing, thievery, and sexual activities involving minors).
* currency (the participants of this game will not be limited to those with immediate access to large amounts of funds. There is one thing that we each share, regardless of the size of our bank accounts - and that is the fact that we each drive some flavor of one of the greatest cars ever made.)

* Destruction of one's own property or any piece of public property

Once a challenge has been satisfied, the user who met the challenge should post the picture in the Maxima Picture Game Thread

Again, as a forum of enthusiasts, this list of rules is growing and becoming more clear as time goes on. Please let me know if there are additional changes that the community feels would be beneficial to keeping this game going.
There have been a couple exeptions made to the rules in order to try and get the game moving. The rules will now be firmly upheld. Remember, a challenge is not considered complete unless a new challenge is also posted with the image.

If you covered the hood, roof and trunk with pumpkins, then it would be enough. I figured my challenge would inspire people to get creative. Hopefully it does.

I really like the direction your challenge is guiding this contest. It can't all be something we can do in 5 minutes. That's why it is a challenge. Good job, T_Behr.

Waxima, any luck getting this thread moved to the general section yet? I think that if it was there, it would give more opportunity for other gen's to participate.

Well, there's about 2 hours left before the 48 hour deadline hits. I can't believe no one yet has decorated their car for Halloween for the challenge. You people suck LoL

When you post your challenge, post it below the pic in bold so it's more visible.

Uhhh, where do you live that you can fit the whole width of a Maxima on a sidewalk? Here, we call them roads. Even the sidewalk in your photo can't meet the challenge. Is that really what you meant? Perhaps, you could dumb it down for me?

I was wondering that myself. We have the typical 3 feet wide sidewalks here.

i live in CT and there's a couple places i know i can go and take pictures in downtown. i think i would be exciting to drive downtown jump on a sidewalk and snip and run. i have a better idea if you think this can not be attained.

Lowered maxima next to a lifted truck...

Next challenge, take a picture of a maxima with a dog on the driver seat. Not a small dog like chihuahua or poodle, but a larger dog the size of a labrador or larger...
