Who has switched from KYB GR-2 to AGX?

What was the difference in the ride? At the AGXs softest setting, is it as soft as the GR-2 or is it firmer?

Both the GR2 and the AGX's are great struts/shocks. The ride on the AGX's is probably going to be a bit more sporty, plus the added bonus of being able to adjust or tune your ride to your liking.

Comparing the two, the shaft on the AGX's is bigger then the GR2. That means it's probably going to ride a bit firmer. I'm running the AGX's on stock springs. The ride is very smooth, firm and quiet. I'm glad I went with the AGX over the GR2. I was able to test several combinations of ride control until I came up with the ride I liked the best. 2 front and 2 rear.

For the extra 80 bucks or so if I were you, and I was at one time trying to make the same decision, go with the AGX. They ride great.

I am going to be running with B&G's. Which is softer? AGXs at their softest setting or GR-2?
