Gas Price Check 4-7-12

About a year ago (+1 Month) I posted a thread to check gas prices in different areas. It was 3.57 a year ago now its about 3.84 for 87 and 4.03 For 89 -_-.

It's suppose to get to 4.23 for 87 by the summer according to my GFs father who owns one of the cheaper gas stations...Anyway whats gas in your area?

My question is how much longer is gas going to keep rising before the prices drop again?

Call me crazy, but I thought it was odd that gas dropped to a record low around election time four years ago.

Oil Pockets

What's more odd is that there are huge oil pockets found in the USA. I believe we (USA) is exporting oil to other countries, which may be the reason why the oil prices haven't gone down. You would think with one of the biggest oil pockets in the world here in the US the price of gas would go down???

Unleaded here in Colorado ranges from 3.75 to 3.85.

$1.31 per litre in Ottawa x 3.8 = $4.978 per Gallon for regular 87 octane.

And the loonie is almost at par so I think us Canadians are getting really ripped off...

If you don't have your location listed, don't forget to mention where you're located.

That was the Parker/Dallas Tollway store. I rarely buy gas at the Custer store, they are usually higher than the tollroad or Independence/Legacy stores.

You guys are lucky. Theres only one station that actually serves 93 at the three cities/towns that I am at the most. I am debating buying a motorcycle for the summer.

Someone from the West Coast step in and tell us the prices you pay!

Cincinnati @ Mitchell Ave BP $4.039 for 93, wasn't out of my way since friend works @ Kroger right around the corner (and paid for some of my gas).

Was fun trying to find a pump to park at though... had to circle around a couple times.
