first of all i am new here but do not own a max i have a 01 camry i should have gotten a max for the speed but i will get one in a few years i really like your forum it is well put together better then any camry forum.well guys i need your help what is the most quietest universal mufflers you have used i am planning on doing a custom cat back please tell me if you used a resonator and what kind thanks.

i don't know of any quiet universal muffler.. I would say the 5th Gen muffler would be the quietest muffler to use..

the quiet catback is the Apex'i WS Catback for the 4th Generation Maxima.. it comes with a resonator..
