Pep boys or something like that, there is a rubber wheel that 3M makes, that can be attached to a cordless drill. I did it on my car and it took it right off.

I suggest this, but use the heat in moderation. If you get it too hot it may turn to a gooey mess. I use the bug and tar remover that is made for cars to remove the adhesive residue

this probably works but I tend to stay away from rotary based tools around finsihed surfaces if I can. on slip of the tool and you have some potentially expensive damage to your paint. Its usually not hard to do it manually.

Thats ture, i was getting mine repainted anyway so i did not really care how it came off or what it did to the paint. The only thing it left like a rubber smear of it, but heat would probably be your best bet
