4th gen or 5th gen

It depends on how much money you're willing to spend, and if you're paying cash vs. loan. If you're making payments, then you'd probably want to keep your car at least 3-5 yrs, then you'd want to get a newer car (5th gen), because it sucks to drive a car w/100k+ mi and still be making payments...If you're paying cash, however, you are better off with a 4th gen.

Children, children, enough arguing!

Let's just leave at that, weight does not factor into handling

It certainly contradicts the notion that the 1500lb Lotus Elise is the best handling car in the world, tho...

Russ,

This is a microcosm of why you can't handle yourself in an argument here. I feel like I'm reading a 3 year old's comments.....

You consider yourself, Don, and Loren the only "veteran" members because of the magical "I've-been-on-the-Maxima-board-for-5-years-therefore-everyone-else-is-stupid" time frame. Please start acting like it.
