Reading through your mod list I see that a 40 shot of NOS yielded a full sec. drop in et. Is this true? Not saying I don't believe you but damn....that is hard to believe. I would think .3-.5 sec drop, tops.

Its beond me >> long..

Those runs are two VERY VERY differant scenarios. I ran low 15s on 215/45/15 and my best time was 15.26 and a host of high 15.2s When I was running those times it was in december, January. When it was like 55-70 degrees every time I ran. Motors love cold air. I run low 14s now with the NOS. BUT if I was to run with no NOS I would run 15.5-15.7 cause of the heat and humidity of Florida. I am also running on 225/45/17s now. So what I am getting at is that I should be able to run high 13s whith my new tires and when it gets nice and cold. I run on a lower profile tire to help with the terable gearing the automatic Maxima has.
I run a .32 NOS jet and a .42 fuel jet. What you have to understand from NOS and what the s/c guys are posting. The s/c is nice cause you have it all the time and its probabaly more practical. But it takes time to make hp. The s/c has to spool up. A s/c Max will have more hp at the wheels than mine but I have the hp as soon as I hit the botton, The s/c does not have full hp till 6000 rpms or what ever rpms it has full boost. I may run low 14s but look at my mph, only 95-96. Now look at a s/c Max it would be like 99-101. That is the hp diferance. Find somone with a s/c auto(maybe Steve in Chi-town)and see what his 1/8 mile and 1/4 speeds are. I hope this helps you man, I am not here to put on a front or a show. Just to read and observe, share my expieriences and learn somthing along the way.
