My car is finally fast again....

ok...so I suspected a clogged cat a few weeks ago because my car had become downright DOGGY....hell...I couldn't even pull on my brother's 98 Grand Prix GT!

I installed an R/T cat, my short throw..and MT-90 today...the cat solved my power loss problem...car finally feels and sounds normal again (the exhuast had gotten REALLY quiet....stock quiet). A caddy STS learned not to mess with maxs tonight too, when just yesterday with my "clogged" cat I almost lost to a Camry V6!!!

I held the two cats up to the light when they were off the car and I could barely see ANY light through the stock one while the R/T made the light bulb completely visible.

Anyway, I'm glad my car is back to normal now.....I've determined that running lean on NOS is what melted my stock cat...I'm getting a new fuel pump before the NOS gets used again.

These two things are what would worry me most!

Glad it's just the cats ( like you suspected) and nothing major...
