I got some touch up for my Majestic Blue. The paint comes in a double-ended pen. One side is the blue paint, and the other is the clear coat. Has anyone else used this as opposed to the 'nail polish' type?

where did you get it?

 

yeah - those things work OK for small scratches - but it starts becoming obvious if u got a whole buncha scratches in one particular area......such as a bumper

 

where did you order that type of paint from? I bought some oem nissan paint and it came with the brush on bottle and was wrapped in a sheet of toilet paper.

I've got an identical pen-type touch up paint from the local dealer (which is where he probably got it). It was expensive for such a little thing! I don't know how well it works since I'm leery of using it in such cold weather. Maybe the brush-bottle type you got is just old stock?

We’d probably qualify for the 25% "mention max.org" discount on these. I haven’t tried it, but I’m interested to hear how it works out.

BTW, courtesy still has the old-style touch-up paint on their web site too. I guess take your pick. Might try your local dealer to avoid shipping.

Let me know how it works. I have a couple hundred paint chips to "touch up".

 

It is good and they sell the paint is spray cans for better looking job.

 

I got mine in Calgary, which is in Western Canada :-)

$11 bucks Canadian. The brush type seems easier since more liquid can be gathered by the brush. I will reapply another coat after I take it for a wash, and may be a cloth of zaino.

 

I have a superblack pen coming on friday. let me know how it worked.
