Yeah I have the Hanabi's on my 96' and they are BRIGHT!! Medic is right that the beam 's cutoff is not defined, but there is no refraction that will blind anyone. Its just flood's the front of the car with light. As medic stated also its a good idea to put orange bulbs in the corners. There's no use for the clear bulbs in there because the turning light feature won't be noticed. You won't find any hyperwhites that will match the color of HIDs. Mine were aimed right from the start. I think thats because the body shop aimed them too low anyway.

That sounds like a 3M Wiretap. You can get similar parts at Radio Shack.

i lost count on how many ppl here got hids from me, it's unreal. with so many ppl getting hids for the max when you go to hang out the the honda boys are going to really notice the maxima this year.

when i first got my max, nothing really was out. then we got indiglow gauges, altezza lights, new strut bars, chrome kick plates, chrome rings around gauges, carbon fiber hoods & wing, hid lights and now we have eye lids, new spoiler kit, rear window spoiler, agx shocks and soon to come is z3 fenders. i love to see all these product for the maxima.

I THINK WE HAVE COME A LONG WAY.

Ballast and starter location pics.

Here's some pics of the install I did this weekend. You can see where I mounted the Ballast and Starters for both sides.
And for the record, THESE ARE BRIGHT AS DAY!

Deezo, they look great! I'm going to keep my PIAA side markers. Just went for a ride and did a little adjusting. They are unreal on concret highways. The road is WHITE. I have them aimed just like the factory bulbs. They hit the road about 30 or 40 feet ahead of me. Nobody flashed me tonight, guess thats a good thing.

Thanks. I feel more comfortable about having them in since I adjusted mine too. I haven't gotten flash and even cops don't pay attention to me.

Dana thanks for showing us your new HID set up! Nice to see everyone again at the cold hang out night. We will have to compare both HID with the BMW 530i and 2002 Maxima next time. No angel eyes for Andy!!
