Are you going to make the clearance lights orange, or try to color match?

What do you think? I don't want to copy.

I'm kind of tired of the Hyper Whites.

I'm the only one that has done it, so it really isn't copying. Go for it, until you can find some good halogen copies.

I've only put them in las night. However, I did take a drive into Boston with them and they are spectacular. You definitely don't need high beams anymore. I haven't run into anyone that has flashed me yet.

These lights are worth the look and performance Aaron.

See Freddie(97GLES) if you want a set.

If I ran into you I'd flash my highbeams (if I had them) just to be annoying.

Well I was thinking of getting HIDs since last summer but there's no point in getting them now when I plan to sell the car in 3-4 months.

I'll be free on Saturday untill 3pm and most of the Sunday.

Ahh yes>>

Better pics would those that show the light cast down a road, or at least against a wall.

Are those the new 1000000K HIDs?

This freakin Digicam is not showing the true color though. I figure I would wait to get a little light then take the pic. My cam is 4 years old now (older technology). My other thread shows how they look from inside the car. The best thing to do is see them in person.

Did you adjust the headlight aim at all?

The foglights are just ornamental now.

what kind of halogen bulbs do you have? are they stock wattage? they look dang bright.

the HIDs look bright too! if I got HIDs I would prob get orange markers as well--i think it would add more contrast to the HIDs.

Not yet. I may do it tho'.

MaximaRider:

These thing blow the Mercs, Bimmers and the Lex's HID's out of the water. I was going to work this morning (actually when I took these pics) and trailed behind a state trooper. He didn't pay me no mind though.

Yea they are illegal since you loose your high beams, and usually no one would pass you on an inspection without them. Ofcourse there are some that would...for a price... But there have been some threads of people getting pulled over for HIDs. They are bright as fawk though, driving behind a car with some is sometimes hard, especially if it's an SUV since they already sit higher so they shine directly into your rear view mirror.

Hey Deezo, those look nice, I just don't like that "green" look...

Trust me, its the pic. Damn camera doesn't know how to pic up the true colors.

I'm not worried that these lights are illegal for our cars. When I go for inspection, I'll pop in my Cool Blues. No biggy.

That green look happens all the time when you try to take a pic of your HIDs. Ethan did it a long time ago and his came out greenish on the pics but I saw them in a real life and they looked white-bluish.

I think they're bright but I can't say for sure. Me and Greg need to match ours up at the next Pike meet. If I remember right, the Philips have more blue in them. Medic's lghts look kind of wild.

I will let you know when I see it this Sunday at 6:30pm along with Andy. I remember how the osram and panasonic HID kits looked like.

I've seen plenty of Honduhs on the road with HIDs.. the beam pattern is just all over the place.. POS. Just wonder how these brands measure up.

BTW- Sorry Deezo for duplicating the question... I be lazy and didn't bother scrolling though the pages.
