Best paint remover???

I'm trying to remove some paint off a set of wheels. I've tried Aircraft Paint Remover and a power washer. It did an ok job just looking for something better. Wanna get this done so I can prep for repaint

I had taken mine to a powdercoater to be acid dipped. Cost was about $15 per wheel, but they were completely stripped and done in about 3-4 hours.
