Fine with me

Steve- Maybe the chmodding is not solving the problem if your on an NT server, I forgot to ask you that last night, but that could be a problem with chmodding. Try deleting both folders and movie and recreate them without and permission changes, and see whats up

have you ever uploaded a video there before? Try renaming it as video.TXT and then right click - save link as download it and hten rename it. Your server may not support movies.

Also have you uploaded it to the right folder. lotsof servers have a /web folder. Make sure its in there.

I am sure that you have done this, but make sure that you are uploading in Binary mode not ASCII. WS-FTP has a mode selector right on the main screen. . .
