this is the fully loaded model thats why...

Its one of the flood cars from the hurricane... pretty much it will be a parts car from now on... this was not a fresh water flood... too sad but it is just a parts car now

makes sense. Originally wondered why the price was so low, until I saw it had a salvage title.

Probably just trying to psych people out and think that was all that's been done to it. The entire interior has probably been completely torn apart, inside of car and interior parts sprayed down with a water hose, dried in the sun, then detailed by hand and reinstalled, engine bay power washed, all kinds of bad stuff no potential buyer would want to hear.

I read the car fax report and saw the first line was a New York entry and Hurricane Sandy immediately came to mind. Send it back to New York.

They changed the oil? That's a selling point? LOL

I don't care if it was saltwater or fresh water, it's still a flood car. Granted saltwater would cause corrosion faster, but with the "brain" and all electronics being submerged, it would be a no go for me.

If your car sits in water, you better change the oil. Although in the case of a flooded car, it's more accurate to say drain the water out of the engine.
