Brake Pad help...Please give my reccomendations.

Ok..I am was rotating my tires and noticed that the inner pad on my fronts are worn out almost. I'd say I have about 1/4 left on the pads after 6.5 years and 63k on my 95se.(bought it in 94) So I need new pads..soon.
Here's what I want, in order of importance!
-No Squeaking!
-Equal or better stopping power of stock pads.
-Something that will last at least 30k.
-Cheap.
I have heard some pads stop you quick but they squeak. Others don't squeak, but the make a crap load of dust. I don't care about the dust as much as I do about the squeaking.
Finally how much should this cost me to have done? I don't want to mess with it. I have never touched brakes and don't want to start either; I am an insurance guy, remember...to much liability here for me BTW..the rotors are fine.

Check out Axxis Metal Masters or Axxis Deluxe pads. I think Phuong is the man to talk to. Gotrice?. Look for one of his post for his e-mail address. He can give you a good deal on some performance pads. As for changing the pads. Shouldn't be more than 15 min a brake if you take it to a brake specialist. If you do it yourself about 30 min a brake. But you should also bleed the fluid too.
